"I called the office and explained that I was having issues with my Phonak hearing aides that were provided by the VA. VA offered to send to Co. to Phonak for repair. The process would take several weeks !! I was told that your office could check them for me.I came in and saw Asja. She was amazing and so helpful and was able to resolve a software issue in minutes.They have worked perfectly since and saved an extended period of time without their use. I am very grateful would recommend the office with out hesitation!!"

"I am forever grateful to Dr. Cathy Kurth at Audiology of Scottsdale. Rather than simply prescribing hearing aids and sending me on my way, she took the time to look deeper into what might actually be causing my hearing loss. She referred me to Dr. John Macias, an ENT specialist, which ultimately led to discovering an underlying problem with my ear that needed medical attention. That referral made such an important difference for me. Dr. Kurth truly listened, used her clinical judgment, and cared enough to make sure I received the appropriate evaluation instead of assuming hearing aids were the only answer. I have tremendous respect for her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for her patients.
